The first ingredient in establishing a sound, professional security team is hiring mature, honest security personnel. In order to ensure the integrity of our Security Officers, all candidates for employment undergo prior employment and criminal history searches through ADP’s Screening Service.
Background investigations include a history of drug or alcohol abuse. Over 75% of our candidates fail to meet our employment standards. The Agency maintains a low turnover rate in its security personnel through proper selection, training, and fair treatment.
